The personal data we collect includes:
- your name;
- your contact information such as your address, email address and telephone number;
- information related to your attendance of, and interest in, Yamamoto Keiko Rochaix events and art fairs;
- Information about you that you give us in person at our events and art fairs;
- Only if required, your payment details and financial data i.e. your bank name, account number and sort code
2. How we collect personal data
We collect your information when you decide to interact with us. We collect information in a number of ways which are listed below:
- information you give to us when you come in to the gallery or visiting us at a fair;
- collecting information you give to us when you purchase any art work or visit us at an art fair;
- Ask us to sign up to our mailing list;
- Correspondence and social media interaction we have with you;
- From time to time, we may also get data about you from third parties – please see the ‘How we may use your information’ section for more details. This could include other artistic venues where you have seen our work.
We also look at how our audiences use our websites, so that we can offer the best possible experience whether you’re finding out about opening times or just trying to find out more about our latest exhibitions.
